Brieif Introduction

Raymond Mill is applicable to the grinding and processing of more than 280 kinds of materials with hardness less than 9.3 and humidity less than 6% in mining, construction, chemical industry and metallurgy. The fineness of the finished product can be adjusted from 30 mesh to 325 mesh according to requirements.

Working Principle

Firstly,the big size material is processed by the jaw crusher and reduced into shivers less than 20mm (for 3R66 pulverizer, the input size is less than 15mm). Then the materials are carried into hopper by bucket elevator, and is transported into the mainframe by the electro-magnetic vibrating feeder evenly and continuously for grinding. The mainframe is driven by the speed reducer through the central axis in the mill. The quincunx stand connected with the upper part of central axis, at the quincunx stand, rollers are set and by which the vibrating pivot formed. Below the quincunx stand and rollers there is shovel system. Materials are fed into the space between rollers and shovels when they are turning, and then be grinded by the pressure produced when rollers are turning, thus powder is made. The crushed powder is blown into the analytic engine on the upper of main frame by air current for divisional screening. The unqualified powders will fall into main frame for regrinding, and the qualified will enter the large cyclone collector. After separating and collecting, powders will be discharged through pipes, that is, finished products. After separation, air current is absorbed into fan by the upper pipe of the cyclone collector. The whole air current system is airtight, and it is operated under the negative pressure.

1. Simple operation:

Raymond mill is a vertical structure of strong systematic characteristic, so it occupies small area. From crushing of raw material to grinding and packing is an independent production system. Driving system of main frame adopts airtight gearing and pulley, drives smoothly and operates reliably. The electric control system is centralized controlled, so the automaticity is high, no people are needed in the operating room.

2. Strong Grinding Force and Expanding Grinding Area:

The grinding force of roll is increased by super spring device, each of which is raised by 500kg, so as to improve efficiency largely.  The grinding area is expanded by heightening roll and ring from 160mm to 200 mm.

3. Strong ability of shoveling material:

Adopting super large shovel blade to shovel as much as possible to the grinding area between the roll and ring.

4. High Classification Accuracy:

Firstly, the separator can be adjusted very easily. Then the multi-class seals are adopted to keep the grinding equipment tightly closed. Besides, super large classification turbine brings a higher passing rate and stronger airflow. In addition, the labyrinth seal between the edge surface of blade turbine and powder outlet decreases the short circuit powder.

5. High yield:

Size of final product can be 0.613mm (30mesh) 0.033mm (425mesh). Some can reach the fineness of 0.013mm (1000 mesh). Compared with other mills, its capacity increases by 10%-20% under the same power condition, and compression force of rollers to material improve 800-1200kg under the force of high-pressure spring. The dual cyclone collector makes the collecting efficiency up to 80% and 10% higher than single cyclone collector.
